UCF Online Tutors (“the platform”) is an independent website that helps students and families find and book private online tutoring lessons with independent tutors. The platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the University of Central Florida.

2. Independent tutors

Tutors listed on the platform are independent contractors who offer their own tutoring services. They are not employees of UCF Online Tutors. Lesson content, teaching approach, pricing, and scheduling are set by each tutor.

3. Bookings and consultations

Free consultations and lesson bookings are scheduled through our booking calendar. By booking a consultation or lesson, you agree to provide accurate information about your tutoring needs so we can help match you appropriately. Lessons are non refundable but can be rescheduled for another date .

4. No guarantee of outcomes

While tutoring is intended to support learning, UCF Online Tutors does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or outcomes from any lesson or consultation.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to finding or providing tutoring.
• Provide accurate information when booking a consultation or lesson.
• Treat tutors and staff respectfully during all communications.

6. Changes to these terms
